Terms & refunds

Short version: you pay only for checks that finish, and unused credits can be refunded within 14 days.

The service

MicroENV runs automated checks ("agents") on websites, packages, scripts and files you provide. Each check runs in an isolated sandbox and produces a report.
By starting a check you agree to these terms and to the privacy page.
Reports are produced by automated agents and may contain mistakes. They are evidence to help you decide, not a guarantee or professional advice.

The first check per email is free. After that, checks are paid with credits. The price of each agent in credits is shown before you start.
Credits are sold in one-time packs. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase and are tied to the email you bought them with.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They charge your card, collect VAT where required and send the invoice. We never see your card details.

Failed checks: if a check cannot finish (the site is down, the sandbox times out, the file is unreadable), the credits it used are returned to your account automatically.
Unused credits: if you bought a credit pack in the last 14 days and have not used any credits from it, email us from the address you bought with and we refund the full purchase.
Partly used packs and purchases older than 14 days are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
If a check finished but the result is clearly wrong because of a fault on our side, tell us and we return the credits.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Only check websites and systems you own or are allowed to test. Form Tester submits real forms; use it only on your own forms.
Do not use MicroENV to attack, overload or scan third parties, to break the law, or to upload real secrets or other people’s personal data.
We may refuse or stop a check, or close an account, if it breaks these rules. Credits used for abusive checks are not refunded.

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working and accurate, but we do not promise it will be error-free or always available.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect credits you have already bought.
